I have a strong background in diversity and inclusion.
From helping to create LGBT+ Networks for international law firm, Norton Rose and being involved in the early days of the creation of LINK insurance LGBT network; to my years of supporting lesbian & bisexual venues, promoters, performers and small businesses; and more recently working for a diversity and inclusion organisation on large events focussed at alternative parenting, LGBT corporate awareness, women in leadership at work and BAME people in the workplace – I have a wealth of experience to pull upon to help you with any diversity & inclusion initiative big or small.
